BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the appointment of Kevin Hunt as Head of its Bristol office, a move that reinforces the firm’s commitment to the South West and positions the team for continued success in the region.
Kevin joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in early 2023 as Head of Bristol Planning after a distinguished 19‐year career at JLL, where he led the South West & Wales Planning team. Over his extensive career, Kevin has played a pivotal role in delivering major residential, commercial, mixed-use, and education projects for high-profile clients including The University of Bristol, Dandara Living, and Homes England. His expertise and strategic vision are expected to strengthen BNP Paribas Real Estate’s market leadership in Bristol and beyond.

In addition to Kevin’s appointment, the BNP Paribas Real Estate Bristol office has recently been bolstered by the new appointments of George Lynch who has joined as an Associate Director within Industrial & Logistics Agency from Carter Jonas, and Ashley Bailey who joins from DLP Planning Ltd as a Senior Associate Director in the Development and Planning team.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has also recognised the contributions of its Bristol colleagues by promoting Alex Entwisle and Keith Low to Director level, as part of the promotion of 123 employees across the UK business.
