A prominent four-storey office building in Hampshire has called full house following a six-figure refurbishment.
QUBA Solutions signed a 10-year lease on 6,400 sq ft at Concept House Link 414 in Chandler’s Ford, near Southampton.
The new occupier at the fully refurbished premises in Stoneycroft Rise provides recruitment agencies with specialised funding and back-office services.
Property consultancy Vail Williams acted on behalf of the landlord, a private property investment company, in the letting. Quoting rent was £23 a square foot.
Other occupiers at Concept House are construction company Morgan Sindall, legal firm Dutton Gregory and the NHS with a dedicated blood donation facility.
Russell Mogridge, a Partner and Head of the Vail Williams Agency Team, working out of Southampton and Portsmouth, said: “With the arrival of QUBA Solutions, Concept House is now fully let.
“The landlord undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of Concept House in 2022, demonstrating how investing in offices attracts high-calibre occupiers.
“Companies and organisations, when looking for a new regional base, are often drawn to premium workspaces in well-located areas for staff, with Concept House fitting these discerning requirements.
“The 25,692 sq ft building has open-plan comfort-cooled office space, a double-height entrance lobby and 145 parking spaces.
“Concept House is just 1.5 miles from junction 5 of the M27 and approximately 2 miles from junction 14 of the M3, with Southampton Airport and Southampton Parkway railway stations 2.3 miles away.”
Rik King, a QUBA Solutions director, said: “We’re thrilled to be moving into our new office, a collaborative hub for all our staff, designed for productivity and wellbeing.”
QUBA Solutions, which employs nearly 60 people, is moving its headquarters to Concept House from Poundbury, Dorchester, to establish “a strong foundation and prepare for the next stage of rapid and exciting growth”.
