BNP Paribas Real Estate, part of the BNP Paribas Group, a global leader in financial services, has announced the appointments of Katie Lamb as Senior Director and Ashley Bailey as Senior Associate Director in the National Planning team.
Katie brings two decades of experience to her role, having previously served as Strategic Planning Director at Thakeham Homes. A Chartered Town Planner, Katie has a strong background in both housebuilding and planning consultancy, and holds leadership roles, including Chair of the Surrey Development Forum. She will be based between the Lewes/Guildford Strutt & Parker offices.

Ashley, a Chartered Town Planner with over a decade of experience, joins from DLP Planning Ltd, where he served as Associate Director. He has provided consultancy services across both public and private sectors. His portfolio includes development schemes of varying scales, set within both urban and rural contexts, including representing government departments such as the Ministry of Justice, Home Office, and Department for Education. He will be based in the Bristol office.
