Real Estate Investors plc (REI plc) has only one remaining unit to let at Topaz Business Park, Bromsgrove, after the latest arrival agreed a 15 year lease.
21D Clinical Ltd has taken Unit 7 ground floor on the popular business park, just off Junction 1 of the M42 motorway, where space is being quoted at £19 per sq ft.
