South-west developer Summerfield Commercial has welcomed Just Dynamic Recruitment (JDR) to Viney Court in Taunton. JDR is a growing recruitment business who are leasing an office within the refurbished former Van Heusen shirt factory.
Summerfield, who are the owner of Viney Court, are reporting a number of lettings over recent months with only a handful of suites remaining.
Part of a courtyard of refurbished brick buildings, Viney Court has retained many original features blending historic character with modern functionality to the open-plan office areas. Viney Court is conveniently next to Victoria House, also owned by Summerfield, with its Hub Café and conference rooms.
