Goadsby secure letting of new office in Ringwood to renewable energy company Boralex

Goadsby, have on behalf of Meyson Properties Ltd, let Lindarets House, Forest Gate Business Park, Ringwood to renewable energy business Boralex.

Lindarets House is a brand new detached two storey office building which has been fitted to a high-quality specification, and includes PV panels, EV charging points, raised access flooring and energy efficient air conditioning.

James Edwards, Director, Goadsby Commercial commented “Forest Gate Business Park continues to be a popular location for office occupiers due to its close proximity to the A31 and also the amenities offered in the town centre.”
