A renewable energy firm is relocating to larger premises within Maxim Park, less than 15 months after first moving to the Lanarkshire office park.
Muirhall Energy, which is developing onshore wind farms and battery storage facilities at locations across the UK, initially took occupation of a 3,200 sq. ft. space on the second floor of Maxim 3 in October 2023.
In March the firm, which has three offices in Scotland, will make the move to a 6,350 sq.ft suite on the 3rd floor of Maxim 10.
Sarah McIntosh, Muirhall’s managing director, said: “Maxim Park has supported our team with its convenient location and excellent amenities, but we have quickly outgrown our current office. Moving to Maxim 10 allows us to continue to benefit from our current set up while supporting our continued company growth.
“Since moving to Maxim Park in 2023, we have added 14 new members to our team. The larger facilities at Maxim Park 10 will provide greater collaborative working spaces to facilitate increased partnerships across our industry.”
With its headquarters in South Lanarkshire and a second office in Hawick, the onshore wind developer has an ambitious target pipeline of 1.5GW of secured onshore wind by the end of 2028.

Since acquiring the 760,000 sq.ft office park in 2018, Shelborn Asset Management has welcomed a raft of new tenants to Maxim Park including Virgin Media 02, LumiraDX, Aureum Diagnostics, TClarke, Linear Group and Sartorius.
