Global Holdings Management Group has announced that it has let almost 16,000 sq ft of workspace to two tech companies at its 210 Pentonville Road office scheme in central London.
Centre for the Governance of AI and web platform ON24 have let 10,000 sq ft and 5,271 sq ft of workspace on 3-year and 10-year leases respectively to occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the building.
Significantly renovated in 2010, 210 Pentonville Road consists of 87,911 sq ft of workspace alongside a residential annex featuring nine apartments. Approximately 60,000 sq ft of the office accommodation underwent a substantial refurbishment to deliver best-in-class Grade A workspace.
Sitting on the eastern fringe of the King’s Cross regeneration area, 210 Pentonville Road is designed for innovative creative businesses looking to expand their presence in London. Under the management of Global Holdings Management Group, the building has been fitted with common areas to support collaboration and employee wellbeing, as well as the introduction of a new shower and cycling amenity to help promote active travel.
The lettings to both Centre for the Governance of AI and ON24 further cements Kings Cross as London’s innovation hub and home to growing tech businesses. With a further 9,000 sq ft of office space under offer, 210 Pentonville Road has 27,000 sq ft of available workspace through either pre-fitted, bespoke fit out or in Cat A classes, on managed or traditional leases.
Josh Lawrence, Chief Executive of Global Holdings Management Group UK, said: “We are delighted to welcome two growing international businesses to 210 Pentonville Road. This is one of our flagship London assets which provides great workspaces for growing companies to expand their operations in the capital.
“We have worked hard with our partners to create a building which offers multiple floors of Grade A office space which not only help innovative businesses like these to thrive but also allows them to build their brand and attract talent. We look forward to working with Centre for the Governance of AI and ON24 and we hope to announce further arrivals in due course.”
