Campus, Reading International has secured a run of recent new lettings increasing occupancy and underscoring Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management’s commitment to creating a leading edge out of town business community.
Multinational medical company, Baxter Healthcare has signed a 10-year lease for 9,477 sq ft of workspace in a deal which will see the landlord deliver a new fully fitted contemporary office, to be let at £43.50 psf.
Alongside this new letting, Aspentech, an international software provider, has renewed its commitment to Campus for a further 10 years, relocating within the building to a newly refurbished 16,075 sq ft Cat A suite at £36.50 psf.
Meanwhile, Tristan and Alchemy have partnered with leading mental health charity, Sport in Mind, to offer The Farmhouse space at nil rent. This is part of their commitment to supporting a key local charity and allowing them to grow and develop their services on a nationwide basis.

A £1.5m solar PV scheme to generate c 13% of the building’s electricity needs directly on site has also now been completed. Meanwhile the site remains committed to delivering its established net zero strategy and is already carbon neutral.
Savills and Bray Fox Smith are appointed as leasing agents on the balance of the space available which ranges from 1,523 sq ft fully fitted Campus Plus suites to over 60,000 sq ft of Cat A space on a single floor.
