Dorrington pre-lets recent 70,000 sq ft Lincoln’s Inn Fields acquisition to Brunswick Group

Dorrington Plc has secured a 15-year pre-let with existing occupier Brunswick Group for its recently acquired 70,000 sq ft office building at 15-23 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, located in the heart of Holborn.

The property boasts a 50-metre frontage on the northern side of the prestigious garden square and comprises five interlinked buildings with a rich architectural history. These buildings will undergo a comprehensive and sympathetic refurbishment, designed to honour their heritage while accommodating Brunswick’s needs for modern office accommodation of the highest standard. Brunswick has called this location home for the past 30 years, and the letting and refurbishment will ensure it remains so for many more years to come.

This agreement underscores Dorrington Plc’s commitment to preserving London’s architectural heritage while delivering modern, adaptable office spaces tailored to occupiers’ requirements.

Allsop advised Dorrington. Savills acted for Brunswick.

Robert Harris, Director and Head of Commercial at Dorrington commented “We are excited to be embarking on this restoration project in partnership with Brunswick and look forward to creating sustainable, inspiring workplaces for their next chapter of occupation.”

Sarah West, Managing Partner UK, Brunswick Group, said: ‘Lincoln’s Inn Fields has been Brunswick’s home for over three decades and we are delighted to be able stay in a location which means a great deal to us. I’m excited by the refurbishment plans which will give us both a best-in-class workplace for our team and a great venue in which to welcome our clients.’

Philip Pearce Head of Central London agency at Savills added “We have been working with Brunswick on their occupational requirement for some time now. Dorrington’s acquisition and approach to these buildings was instrumental in enabling Brunswick to enter the next phase of their occupation in exceptionally repositioned accommodation on Lincoln’s Inn Fields.”
