Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Colliers are launching two newly upgraded, fully fitted office suites at Tower Wharf, Bristol. The 7,050 sq ft first floor space has been split and refurbished to provide two modern, flexible workspaces and designed to meet the needs of modern occupiers.
The LSH Building Surveying team project managed all of the works, with a focus on creating sustainable workspaces, including new M&E, LED lighting and fully fitted suites to a high standard with an EPC A rating. Designed by Spratley & Partner’s and completed by Vale Interiors, the suites are energy-efficient with the LSH Building Surveying team overseeing the ongoing removal of gas across all floors and common areas.
Roxi Foster, Director at Lambert Smith Hampton, commented: “The changes that have been made at Tower Wharf have transformed this workspace to fully fitted suites to meet the needs of a modern occupier. The suites are designed to a high specification and provide either 30 or 34 desks which are available to occupy immediately. Furthermore, the building’s ESG credentials have been at the forefront of the works and the space now provides gas free, EPC rated A space.”
Jay Cable from Picton, added: “Picton are committed to providing best in class workspace and the refurbishment carried out to the first floor at Tower Wharf, along with the ongoing works to the rest of the building demonstrate our commitment to enhancing the environmental performance of our buildings across our portfolio. The suites have been finished to a high standard and we are confident these will let quickly.”
The suites launched in February 2025 with LSH and Colliers instructed to market them.
