Worcestershire commercial property agents John Truslove have helped a Bromsgrove agricultural spares business expand with an additional 10,000 sq ft of warehousing at Harris Business Park.

Agriline Products Ltd has purchased the freehold of Unit 2, Prior Wharf, Stoke Prior, to facilitate the distribution of larger Agriline Product orders for stockists in Europe. The property was on the market for £895,000.

Founded in 2000, Agriline Products Ltd, has grown year on year to become one of the largest suppliers to the tractor spares market worldwide with a range of over 15,000 parts.

Ben Truslove, joint managing director of John Truslove, said: “Agriline Products Ltd approached us as they needed further space to continue their business expansion.

“They are based at Unit 15, Harris Business Park, and Prior Wharf is located towards the front of Harris Business Park, so the location and size were ideal.”

Harris Business Park is approximately two miles south of Bromsgrove town centre, with the Hanbury Road linking to the A38 which accesses both M5 and M42 junctions around four miles away.

Oliver Stiley, founder and managing director of Agriline Products Ltd, said: “The purchase of an additional industrial unit will provide considerable additional warehouse space to augment Agriline Products’ existing warehouses on Harris Business Park, which were getting a bit cramped for the volume of stock being handled.

“This additional space will improve the efficiency of distributing our larger stock orders for customers across Europe.”
