The property was previously occupied by Bon Marche but was vacated when the company fell into Administration last year.
Over the past 4 years, Sibbett Gregory and Grice Collins Long have concluded 9 commercial lettings on units at The Triangle and Avenue Road to the likes of Tesco Express, KFC, Hedges & Hedges Estate Agents, A-Plan Insurance, Cheque Centres, Flirt Cafe Bar, Pure Gym, iBoardsports and now Starbucks.
Alastair Knott of Sibbett Gregory commented “In what has been one of the most challenging periods for town centre retail, we have been particularly pleased to have been able to bring in so many quality operators to an area of Bournemouth that has traditionally struggled in relation to the prime retail pitches. The Triangle is proving to be a resurgent part of the town and we have been delighted to play a part in assisting with that change”.
Sibbett Gregory have also recently completed a further letting at no. 7 The Triangle to a new restaurant operator called Mad Cucumber Vegan Lounge.
