The Manchester office of DTZ, a UGL company, has secured a further letting at Appleton Industrial Park in Warrington.
Nationwide Platforms has taken units C and D on the estate, totalling 45,000 sq ft on a new 10 year lease.
The latest transaction follows earlier deals to M&S Transport and Francis Flower Ltd resulting in over 80,000 sq ft of new leasehold transactions on site within the last nine months.
