Watling achieves successful sale of Black Country industrial units to Polydrain Civils

Watling Real Estate has sold two adjoining warehouses in the Black Country for a multi-million pound sum on behalf of a FTSE-listed client.

Units 1 & 2 Ridgacre Road in West Bromwich were on the market with a guide price of £3 million and have been purchased by Polydrain Civils, a prominent local business, for their own occupation.

The two long leasehold units, which span 61,484 sq ft on a three acre site, are strategically located 0.5 mile from the A41 Black Country New Road, offering excellent access to both the M5 and M6 Motorways.
