Acting on behalf of the Canal and River Trust, DTZ, a UGL company has secured two more lettings at Bridge Trading Estate, Bury.
Unit 3 on the estate, which extends to 4,207 ft², has been let to Walkden Group Ltd on a 5 year term and Veolia ES (UK) Ltd has leased units 4/5 which extends to 10,472ft² on a 10 year term.
Two units of 4,000 ft² and 11,000 ft² now remain on the estate.
