Knight Frank Investors has appointed Christopher McCorkell to further enhance the asset management capabilities within the team.
Christopher originally joined Knight Frank in 2010 but he has had a long term interest in asset performance and a move to Investment Management was the next logical step in his career. Within his new role he will be assisting with the fund and asset management of the Lancashire County Council Pension Fund and will report to John Styles, head of fund management.
Knight Frank Investors provides property investment management services to intuitional investors and high net worth individuals, and in 2012, Kevin Aitchison and Ian Whittock joined from ING Real Estate, as head of department and head of strategy respectively.
Kevin, head of Knight Frank Investors, Knight Frank commented; “As with all of the best asset managers, Christopher has a genuine interest in working the assets and creating performance which is essential to providing the best possible service and meeting the investment aspirations of our clients. I have no doubt that he will significantly contribute to the business as it moves into its next phase of its development.”
