The centre occupies a prime location on Church Street in the heart of Caversham and is home to leading retailers including Waitrose, Boots, Superdrug and Iceland as well as a variety of independent businesses.
Situated on a site of approximately 4.75 acres, the St. Martin’s Centre is the dominant retail centre serving the affluent Caversham population and offers a diverse mix of retail, residential, and mixed-use facilities extending to c 100,000 sq ft with some 300 on-site car spaces.
Sorbon Estates’ acquisition of St. Martin’s Centre reflects the company’s commitment to investing in a diverse range of investment opportunities within affluent towns and Cities within the South of England, including retail centres, industrial, open storage, nurseries and marinas.
