Centrick is celebrating after clinching a leading national award for property agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry.
The national firm has been named Land and New Homes Specialist of the Year at the Negotiator Awards 2024 in addition to picking up three other accolades.
The Birmingham-based business, which celebrates its twentieth year in 2025, also won bronze for Block Management Company of the Year and for Property Management Department of the Year, as well as highly commended for Employer of the Year.
Now in its 16th year, The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent residential property awards programme. The 2024 finalists and winners were revealed by TV personality and comedian Ellie Taylor at a sparkling gala dinner at the Grosvenor House hotel in London.
Judged by industry leaders and experts, it has become, through an impeccable reputation for inclusivity, fairness and transparency, one of the most prestigious awards for UK property firms.
