O2 are open and trading following their relocation on Commercial Road in Bournemouth Town Centre.
The new store is arranged over ground, first and second floors and is over 2,000 sq ft. O2 are an established retailer in Bournemouth Town Centre and required a new premises following the upcoming development of their former store on Commercial Road.
Edd Watts of Goadsby commented, “Working in conjunction with our Property Management Department, we are delighted have secured this tenant for a longstanding client.
The letting was complicated, with several obstacles that needed to be overcome to give both our client, and the tenant comfort over the lease term. We are confident that the letting to O2 will give our client a secure tenant for the foreseeable future.”
