Commercial agents at Harris Lamb are marketing a range of fully refurbished industrial opportunities in Redditch further to an investment programme to meet the ongoing demand for quality stock in the Midlands.
The properties at Lakeside Industrial Estate, off Broad Ground Road, are currently being refurbished, with the first of the available warehouses, Unit 3 of approximately 11,800sqft, being let to Trinity Claims on a five-year lease with a new headline rent achieved.
