Flude’s Brighton retail team has successfully secured a new tenant for 17-19 St James’s Street, Brighton, with the entire 4,447 sq ft unit now let to a local supermarket operator.

The building, which had been home to Boots the Chemists for over 100 years, attracted significant interest upon coming to the market. Despite receiving multiple offers from well-established brands, the client opted to proceed with the local retailer due to the simplicity of the deal and the desire to avoid subdividing the space.
