Islington Square, the vibrant mixed-use shopping, dining and leisure destination in the heart of North London, has announced that three new lifestyle and leisure brands have joined its tenant roster, leasing approximately 4,500 sq ft in three separate deals. Article, Supply 91, and The Great Chase, all relocating from existing London locations, join an exciting portfolio of retail and hospitality tenants, further elevating Islington Square as a premier destination for locals and visitors alike.

Article, a premium menswear and lifestyle store, has leased 1,715 sq ft, relocating to the North Arcade from their former site in Brixton. Established in 2012, the brand has quickly become a must-visit destination in London for globally sourced premium men’s clothing and Scandinavian homewares.

The Great Chase, a modern halal restaurant and dry bar, which has become renowned for its contemporary dishes and expertly crafted alcohol-free cocktails, has upsized from their former premises in Clerkenwell to a 2,220 sq ft space on The Boulevard.

Most recently, Supply 91, an environmentally friendly barbershop, has moved to a 498 sq ft space in the South Arcade. This new location, which opened in September, is the brand’s fourth store and replaces its former Islington site. Designed with the brand’s signature style of limewash walls and custom walnut joinery, the space seeks to create a calm oasis for its customers.

Islington Square’s latest additions will join and complement its existing line-up of leading independent, international and renowned retailers and lifestyle brands such as Anthropologie, A.P.C., Arlo & Jacob, Duck and Dry, Fish Eye Opticians, In-Residence, Borough Kitchen, Karaca, The Lounge Co., The Pantry Underwear, Percy Langley, The Rooms, Treat Medi Spa, The Wearer, Wild Swans and Wheat; F&B providers including Bewliehill, , The Bottle Cocktail Shop, Megan’s, Omnom, Selv Roastery; and leisure amenities such as Odeon Luxe & Dine, Third Space, the King’s Head Theatre and New Meta Gaming.

All three lettings were secured by Sovereign Centros from CBRE who manage Islington Square on behalf of its owner, Cain International.
