Flude Property Consultants have announced the letting of Unit 9, Chichester Business Park to Seabird Technologies.
Unit 9 comprises of a 3,145 sq ft end of terrace unit, forming part of Phase 1 of this new development which completed in early 2024. This letting takes the scheme over the milestone of 50% of Phase 1 now let.
