Bromwich Hardy has let two out of three floors at a prestigious Leamington Spa office location with the third floor also under offer.
Management consultancy Tessiant Ltd has taken the second floor of 7-8 Euston Place, Leamington Spa, with Acer Beauty Ltd taking the third floor.
Bromwich Hardy acted on behalf of Stratford-upon-Avon based landlord Baskerville Wharfe LLP.
Caine Gilchrist, a surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, said: “Euston Place is very well located just off the High Street in Leamington Spa.
“These offices were in need of refurbishment and the landlord has spent a considerable sum of money refitting the space with new carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and the redecorating of all areas.
“Euston Place now offers modern, modular accommodation with ample storage and connectivity.
“We are very pleased to have secured both new tenants and have the final space in legals.”
