The Bristol office of commercial property specialist Knight Frank has strengthened its office agency team with the appointment of Andy Smith as senior surveyor.
Andy, 32, joins from DTZ in Bristol, and previously worked in Nottingham as associate partner at NG Chartered Surveyors.
In recent months Knight Frank has moved to new high-profile offices in Clifton, and added property asset management and residential development consultancy services to the services it provides directly from Bristol.
Steve Oades, head of the Bristol office, said: “We are delighted to have secured Andy. Undoubtedly he has the qualities we need to continue to grow our business in Bristol. As well as strengthening the office agency team, we are looking to recruit in various other parts of the business over the next few months.”
Andy Smith added: “Having gained a good knowledge of the Bristol market over the past 18 months I was keen to develop my career – and jumped at the chance to join Knight Frank, which has such an excellent reputation in the city. The firm has an outstanding client base and is actively involved in a number of the city’s highest profile schemes”
