A logistics giant has taken a new Nottingham office with the help of NG Chartered Surveyors, the Property People.
Wincanton, the leading supply chain partner for British business, providing supply chain solutions up and down the country, has moved into the 5,454 sq ft Unit 2B office building at Vickery Way in Chilwell, Nottingham.
The BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office is a two-storey building set in the heart of Chetwynd Business Park on the edge of Nottingham and just three miles south-east of Junction 25 of the M1. It has 21 car parking spaces.
The deal was brokered by NG’s fast-rising Associate Director Charlotte Steggles on behalf of a private landlord.
