Stuart Lockhart, new Ryden’s Property Management Partner in Edinburgh added:
“Ryden’s reputation in commercial property and property management services is second to none and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the large, dynamic team. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and helping shape the future of Ryden’s Property Management business area.”
Colin Busby, Ryden’s Regional Managing Partner in Edinburgh also said:
“We’re excited to have someone of Stuart’s calibre join our senior team here in Edinburgh. We do have a strong business but a key part of our strategy is to continue to recruit and develop market leaders to both support our clients and drive our business’s performance. We’re really looking forward to Stuart joining us.”
Stuart’s appointment follows the recent additions of Kirsty Clark as Head of Property Management Accounts, Colin Arnott as Associate in the Edinburgh office and Jane Armstrong as Senior Surveyor in Glasgow, further enhancing Ryden’s property management capabilities across Scotland.
