Henderson Park, the international private equity real estate firm, and Eurofund Group, the leading pan-European real estate investment and development company, have secured Jack & Jones as the latest international brand to join the roster of occupiers at Silverburn in Glasgow.
Part of BESTSELLER, the Danish menswear brand has taken a 3,723 sq ft store at the scheme. BESTSELLER has a presence across 70 countries globally and pride itself on having a strong focus on sustainability, recently announcing its investment in improving the fashion industry’s production processes by reducing CO2 emissions.

The leading retail destination in Glasgow, Silverburn delivered significant growth in sales and customer visits throughout 2023, welcoming over 15 million visitors and boasting double-digit sales growth. Over two years of joint venture ownership Henderson Park and Eurofund Group have agreed over 56 deals for the centre, significantly enhancing Silverburn’s status.
During the past year, Silverburn has secured several new retailers and brands to its repertoire, including Mango, Seasalt and a new flagship Zara store on the site of a former Debenhams.
