A facilities management group in Coventry serving the construction industry is gearing up for expansion after a move to new offices organised by commercial property agents Bromwich Hardy.
Ascent Onsite Group has more than a decade of experience handling everything from security services to cleaning services in the civil and groundworks sector, including looking after digital infrastructure needs.
The company already employs 11 staff in office and another 36 out on sites, and this is set to increase following its relocation to the ground floor of Unit 4 in The Cobalt Centre, at Siskin Parkway East in Middlemarch Business Park.
Charlie Glover, apprentice surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, explained that the company had previously been in serviced offices in the MCR Building at 101 Lockhurst Lane but had needed to find new premises.
He said: “We were pleased to find a more suitable base for Ascent Onsite Group and look forward to helping them in the future as they continue to expand.”
JimPatrick Munupe, group director at Ascent, said: “I want to thank Charlie at Bromwich Hardy for both his help and professionalism in getting us over the line on the lease for our new office.
“We had outgrown our previous base in serviced offices and needed somewhere with better facilities and in the right location, and The Cobalt Centre is perfect.
“This is now an excellent new base for us as we prepare for further expansion later this year.”
