Unit Management, a family-run property management company with 20 sites across Surrey and Southwest London, marked 50 years of providing flexible workspaces with a celebratory event at The Grange –its newly renovated Wimbledon location – on the evening of July 17. Local businesses, current tenants, and a diverse array of supporters from the business and local community joined in the festivities, creating an unforgettable celebration for everyone involved.
Attendees of the celebration enjoyed a flexible schedule, dropping in and out throughout the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Guests enjoyed exploring the newly renovated spaces and outstanding amenities firsthand, and the event buzzed with activities, delicious food, and refreshing beverages provided by many of Unit Management’s valued clients. The afternoon proved to be a true celebration of community, collaboration, and the enduring success of Unit Management.
“As a token of appreciation for our clients’ continued support, the Unit Management team, and our close collaborators, we extend our heartfelt thanks,” said Clyde McClure, Founder of Unit Management. “Their unwavering commitment has been instrumental in our ongoing success, and we look forward to many more years together.”
Originally founded by Clyde McClure in the early 1970s to support small businesses needing affordable workspace on flexible terms, and the firm has been a steadfast presence, predating the surge in popularity of flexible workspace solutions. Over the years, they have witnessed the industry flourish and have grown organically, maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement. Today, they continue to expand, building on a solid foundation laid decades ago.
Jose McClure, Director & COO, adds, “We are excited about our plans to continue modernising our sites, understanding demand, improving services, and reaching new customers. Our commitment to excellence and innovation ensures that we can better serve our current clients while attracting and accommodating new ones.”
