Caroline O’Flaherty, Commercial Property Partner is thrilled to welcome Harriet to the team: “I’m very much looking forward to having the opportunity to be working with Harriet again. Harriet and I will focus on building and improving our existing practice and taking it in new and innovative directions. It’s an exciting, changing and challenging time within the sector so an opportune moment for Harriet to join the team with her wealth of development and governance/charity expertise.”
Harriet added: “I’m delighted to join the team at Hugh James. The team’s predominance in the housing association sector in Wales is well known, and I am excited to build on and grow its charity law offering. Working with Caroline, I look forward to extending the firm’s specialist supported housing work and use my property and governance expertise to help our clients go from strength to strength.”
Harriet’s appointment follows the recent arrival of Partner Alex Madden to the new role of Head of Planning and Environmental.
