Serendipity Labs, a leading international flexible office and coworking provider, has selected digital infrastructure specialist NCG as their connectivity provider to deliver its best-in-class coworking and flexible office management platform, OASIS™, to members at Bristol’s Aztec West business park. The new Bristol workspace officially opened its doors on Thursday 20th June for an open day followed by a complimentary co-working day for local SMEs.
Serendipity Labs works in partnership with UK-based NewFlex on the development and operation of its UK- branded locations. NCG has previously delivered the first two Serendipity Labs sites in Cambridge North and Manchester Exchange Quay.
The 20,000-square-foot Bristol workspace offers a fully-integrated system of tech solutions, encompassing enterprise-grade connectivity infrastructure, both wired and wireless, with a user-friendly network management layer; mobile-first access control integrated into the Serendipity Labs mobile app; a back-end space management platform, and audiovisual solutions for all requirements. This is then underpinned by NCG’s fully-managed support package.
The project involved the digital infrastructure migration of a former Citibase office to the Serendipity Labs signature tech stack.
Thomas Proctor, CEO of NCG, said: “We’re delighted to have been involved in this exciting project, which brings seamlessly integrated, comprehensive tech solutions to yet another NewFlex and Serendipity Labs location. Creating an incredible user experience for operators and occupiers alike is always our end goal, and we’re confident that this full-stack integration will achieve just that.”
Morgan Pierstorff, Director of Business Development at NewFlex, commented: “This Bristol location is the latest step in our mission to create exceptional workspaces across the UK, and our ongoing partnership with NCG is a big part of that. High-quality tech solutions allow us to offer occupiers a top-tier tech experience, and NCG are our trusted partner in delivering on that.”
Vinay Kantak, CTO at Serendipity Labs, added: “The introduction of our new Bristol location strengthens Serendipity Labs’ growing foothold in the UK market. As we expand our network, it has been vital to ensure that we have the support needed in place to deliver a consistent, first-class technology experience to our occupants. For us, working with NCG has been the answer.”
