Ridge & Partners LLP expands in Tower Wharf, Bristol

Colliers and LSH, on behalf of Picton, an award-winning REIT, has secured Ridge & Partners LLP, a multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy on a new ten-year lease. The occupier is expanding from its current 5,215 sq ft space to a 13,559 sq ft office on the third floor of Tower Wharf, strategically situated in the heart of Bristol’s city centre to facilitate the growth of its business.

Situated on Cheese Lane and overlooking the floating harbour, Tower Wharf boasts bright and spacious Grade A office space. Picton is fully refurbishing the floor for Ridge & Partners with new air conditioning, partially exposed services, and LED lighting. The building is adjacent to the expanding Enterprise Zone, providing easy access to Bristol Temple Meads train station and Cabot Circus, one of the UK’s largest regional retail destinations.

Colliers and LSH are also marketing the remaining fitted 5,215 sq ft on the ground floor and two fitted suites (3,811 sq ft and 3,220 sq ft) on the first floor of Tower Wharf which will be available towards the end of the year. Businesses seeking to relocate to prime, high-specification office space in central Bristol with reduced initial capital expenditure are encouraged to consider these opportunities.

Tower Wharf offers occupiers a range of convenient amenities, including a secure basement car park, fully accessible raised floors, an on-site commissionaire, bike storage, air conditioning, suspended ceilings with new LED lighting, and shower and WC facilities on every floor, as well as in the basement. With Picton’s investment into the building, they are aiming to achieve an A-rated EPC and remove natural gas to decarbonise the air-conditioning system.

James Preece, director of the National Offices team at Colliers Bristol, commented: “Having an office in a prime city centre location is crucial for many businesses, and Tower Wharf offers occupiers a high-quality, energy-efficient workspace with excellent connectivity to the city centre and the wider Bristol area. Additionally, the scenic Harbourside location provides occupiers with an excellent work/life balance, offering opportunities for employees to run, walk, or cycle in the area during the day.”
