SHW has announced this year’s promotions within its UK team.
Luke Longley has been promoted from Associate to Director. Having joined SHW in 2016 as a Graduate Surveyor, Luke works within the Professional team across London and South London, specialising in all aspects of Business Rates and Lease Advisory. Luke also oversees the Graduate and Apprentice Programme at SHW, helping all candidates through the APC process.
Matthew Reeve, SHW’s Senior Property Manager, has been promoted to Associate. Based in SHW’s London office, Matthew works within the Property Management team, specialising in Residential Block Management and is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. Having joined SHW in 2022, Matthew is currently responsible for the management of several prestigious developments in central London, including super prime properties.
Also promoted from Senior Property Manager to Associate is Serena Taylor. Serena is a Residential Block Manager based in SHW’s Brighton office. Having worked within the SHW property management team since 2021, Serena’s has been involved in Residential Property Management across Brighton & Hove since 2012, managing a range of properties from smaller conversions to entire estates and listed properties.
Paula Powell, who joined SHW in 2023, has been promoted from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager. With 10 years’ experience in the Residential Leasehold Sector, Paula currently manages a mixed portfolio of residential developments and new build developments and is based in the London office.
In the Commercial Property Management team, two promotions have been made from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager. Tom Freeman, based in SHW’s South London office, manages a variety of commercial properties across London and the South East. David Rundle, based in South London works with both institutional and private clients, managing commercial property throughout London and Surrey.
