CBRE Investment Management has signed the first leasing agreement at One Hundred, its BREEAM Outstanding newly refurbished office scheme in Bristol, UK, with RSA Insurance.
RSA Insurance has signed for 7,668 sq ft of office space on the sixth floor of the building, which has recently been redeveloped by CBRE Investment Management to the highest specification with excellent sustainability credentials.
Located on Victoria Street in Bristol, One Hundred offers 57,465 sq ft of exceptional office space, having undergone a complete redevelopment that enlarged the existing 34,000 sq ft building and placed energy efficiency and wellness at the heart of its design.
