Quantem, an independent construction and property consultancy, has secured a five-year lease for 3498 sq ft of office space at Nurton Developments’ 4 Temple Row, multi-let building in Birmingham.
The new offices support Quantem’s growth ambitions in the Midlands, providing an open-plan collaborative space for its 30-strong team to enhance its position in Birmingham and the region across a broad range of sectors.
‘Well positioned off Colmore Row in the heart of the city’s Colmore Business District, the offices have been designed to foster a positive work environment that reflects Quantem’s commitment to building personal interactions and teamwork to meet their own and client’s requirements.”
Having undergone a complete refurbishment, 4 Temple Row is equipped with modern amenities, including breakout areas, cycle storage and end of journey facilities and offers an ideal work-life balance for the team with a wide range of amenities on its doorstep.
Lee Jones, partner at Quantem commented, “It was essential for us to find a space that supports our collaborative and client-focused approach, reduced our carbon footprint and enhanced our staff health and wellbeing offer.
“The single-floor layout at 4 Temple Row allows our team to work closely and effectively manage the diverse projects we undertake. The proximity to Birmingham’s city centre and transport links enables us to continue to attract some of highest calibre of talent in the industry.”
David Dyas, asset manager for Nurton Developments, stated, “It’s great to welcome Quantem to 4 Temple Row. Their choice to relocate here is a testament to the quality and appeal of our facilities. We look forward to supporting their growth and watching them thrive in their new home.”
