The Boutique Workplace Company is celebrating the milestone of reaching 40 serviced office locations across the UK, totalling the group at 440,000sqft, having signed two new leases within 48 hours. Securing 9 George Square in Glasgow marks the company’s first building in Scotland alongside 32 Threadneedle Street in London.
Boutique is now positioned within the top 5 leading flexible workspace providers in London by number of locations, according to figures by Spaces To Places. Since 2020, the flexible space provider has secured and opened 13 new locations, totalling just over 220,000sqft across the UK.
The Canal & River Trust, landlord at 32 Threadneedle Street was jointly advised by Colliers and Avison Young and Boutique was represented by Piers Barttelot from Reesa. This is the second acquisition via Reesa that Boutique have secured since 2020.
