GBM Demolition are nearing completion of demolition works at Trebor and Hillwood’s development in Crewe. The site is situated on Weston Road and was formally known as the Old Tea Factory where Bargain Booze had most recently been in occupation. Trebor and Hillwood acquired the site with vacant possession in Autumn 2023.
The full redevelopment of the site is on programme, with construction due to begin this summer on a 335,000 sq ft unit that is being built speculatively. The scheme is appropriately named Crewe 335 and will be available for occupation to prospective tenants in Q1 2025. Marketing of the scheme is ongoing.
