Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has secured another letting at One The Square, Bristol. Hayes Parsons. Bristol’s largest independent insurance broker has taken 4,085 sq ft on the first floor, committing to a 10-year lease, with a 5-year break clause, at £32.50 per sq ft.
Hayes Parsons becomes the latest addition to a diverse and thriving tenant mix, which includes Alpha Portfolio Management and RSM.

This most recent letting at One The Square leaves only one remaining prime suite of 8,208 sq ft available to let on the first floor.
The building has undergone a substantial refurbishment and capital investment programme under the ownership of landlord, The Canal & River Trust. Notable improvements include a revamped entrance and reception area, which now boast a prominent and welcoming design. Additionally, the introduction of new bike and shower provisions aligns with the expectations of modern occupiers, enhancing the overall tenant experience.
