The National Offices team at Colliers Bristol has welcomed Brookbanks as the latest tenant at Unit 3 West Point Row, a modern office property in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. Colliers acted on behalf of the landlord Southdowns Westpoint Row Limited jointly with Burston Cook.
Brookbanks, the project consultant and development partnership firm, has agreed a new five-year lease on 2,282 sq ft. Located off Great Park Road in Bradley Stoke, the offices benefit from easy access to the M4/M5 interchange with Bristol Parkway approximately three miles away.
The deal follows the recent lettings at West Point Row of Unit 2 to Groupe CAT and Unit 5 to 3D Engineering Surveys.
Unit 1, which provides more than 4,600 sq ft of space is now available to let, having recently come onto the market. Set across ground and first floors the modern office property includes features such as LED lighting, a kitchenette and 22 car parking spaces, alongside bike storage.
