Global real estate adviser Knight Frank Bristol has proudly congratulated Emma Foster who has successfully passed her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Having previously worked for Alder King, Emma joined Knight Frank in September 2022 as a Senior Rating Specialist within the UK Rating Team, covering Bristol and the southwest.
Emma works with both landlords and tenants to reduce and minimise their rates liabilities across all types of non-domestic properties, from shops, offices and warehouses to schools, libraries and show homes.
The RICS APC is a process which seeks to ensure that prospective Chartered Surveyors are competent and meet the high standards of professionalism required to practice.
