The National Offices team at Colliers has secured another tenant at Fountain Court Business Park in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
Ability Matters Group Ltd has agreed to let the entirety of Ash House at Fountain Court, a self-contained office building which spans 3,140 sq ft. The international healthcare products and services provider, which operates primarily in areas that enhance mobility and accessibility, has agreed a new 10-year lease with a five-year break.
James Preece, director in the National Offices team at Colliers Bristol, comments: “It is fantastic to welcome Ability Matters to Fountain Court. The business park offers a selection of self-contained and multi-tenanted office properties, all of which are in a strategic location adjacent to the M4/M5 interchange.
“This letting follows on from our recent deal with SCG South West at the end of last year. This means there is now only available space on the ground floor of Elm House, which provides 1,503 sq ft and at Cedar House, a two-storey building with a total floor area of over 4,500 sq ft.”
