An 81,000 sq ft purpose-built research, development and manufacturing facility on Bristol Business Park has been brought to market with leading property consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle.
DuPont, a world leader in market-driven innovation and science, built the facility in 1990 and have appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to sell the site with plans to relocate to new premises within the Bristol area.
Ian Wills, director in the Bristol office of Jones Lang LaSalle, commented: “The DuPont facility has an unrivalled position in the heart of one the most successful business parks on Bristol’s northern fringe. It is rare that an opportunity of this type comes to the market and it is encouraging that there’s already been interest in the property.”
Bristol Business Park is home to over 400,000 sq ft of commercial occupiers and accommodates more than 25,000 people. The excellent location offers a number of good transport links and local amenities in food and drink, leisure and shopping.
The existing building, which is being brought to the market by Jones Lang LaSalle, is in a prime location with fantastic access to motorways and Bristol Parkway train station.
