Acting for a local investor, Goadsby’s have let the shop that used to trade until recently as Westover News, at a rent of £13,000 per annum. It will form the new entrance to the existing Chimichango Mexican Grill.
“I acquired the investment 3 years ago for around £150,000. This letting is to Prezzo plc (who operate Chimichango) and is for over 25 years, with no breaks at an improved rent. It will see an excellent capital appreciation for the owner” says Marcus Andrews FRICS of Goadsby.
