Summerfield Commercial has unveiled its plans for the one of the last major plots of land on its successful second business park outside Wellington.
Plot 19 on Westpark 26 will accommodate two facing terraces of light industrial units for sale or rent which can be relatively flexible in terms of size and facilities but which will each have a dedicated yard, parking and electric loading doors.
Built to a high standard, the energy efficient units will be suitable for a range of users. They will have solar panel arrays and the option for EV charging points and mezzanine floors.
The total space to be developed on the plot is 32,576 sq ft and individual units within the terraces are available from 1,755 sq ft. Summerfield is happy to offer single or multiple units and to work with potential occupiers to adapt units to suit their needs.
New occupiers will be joining several well-known national and local businesses and will benefit from such amenities as a hotel, pub, petrol station, convenience store and several drive-thru restaurants.
Westpark 26 enjoys excellent transport links being close to the M5 and Taunton’s main line station with Exeter Airport 30 miles away. It is the second business park to be developed by Summerfield at junction 26; the first was Chelston.
Summerfield Commercial Director, Ben Trickey, said: “We look forward to being able to offer prospective occupiers these new build units in such a popular location. We believe they will appeal to businesses mindful of their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives and their carbon footprint.
“We are delighted with the way Westpark 26 is shaping up and proud of what it is providing for Wellington, Taunton and the wider area in terms of mixed-use commercial space for businesses all contributing to our local economy.”
