Acting on behalf of wealth management specialists, Lewis Investment, Goadsby Commercial report the letting of Atlantic House, Enterprise Way, Bournemouth Airport.
The building is situated towards the entrance of Aviation Business Park which is the largest employment site in Dorset and where major occupiers include Curtis Wright, Hobbycraft, Wyvern Cargo, Honeywell and Avic Cabin Systems.
The building extends to approximately 8,300 sq ft and was let to SNG (Sovereign Network Group) which was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes. The Group provides over 84,000 homes and invests in communities across London and the south of England, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable places for people to live every year.
