On behalf of Lil Packaging Ltd, Savills has completed the sale of units 8 and 9 Glebe Road in Huntingdon, to a private property company, Dynasty Estates Limited, for £2.85 million.
The two inter-linked industrial units comprise of 51,927 sq ft (4,824 sq m) connected by a tunnel to move goods between the units. Unit 8 is split into two sections and Unit 9 was recently refurbished. Externally, the warehouse units benefit from a yard and parking spaces.
Units 8 and 9 Glebe Road is located in Huntingdon to the north of the town off St Peters Road which provides excellent transport links through the A14 and A1 as well as frequent trains to Cambridge and London. Nearby occupiers include Hotel Chocolat, Aliaxis UK, Fedex, Stein Hoff UK Beds, Miers Construction Products and Lil Packaging.
Following the sale, part of unit 9 comprising 9,773 sq ft, is available to rent through Savills.
