Innes England is launching a new 51,000 square foot industrial hub located directly adjacent to the M1.
EM Point is being developed by Litton Properties and will comprise four detached units ranging from 6,750 sq. ft to 18,200 sq. ft in a highly prominent location overlooking the motorway.
As a result of its strategic location the four-acre site benefits from excellent transport links being situated at the heart of the Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby triangle with approximately 90% of England and Wales reachable by car within four hours.
Craig Straw, director at Innes England, said: “EM Point presents an excellent opportunity for occupiers seeking a high-quality industrial facility in this sought after location. Being situated just off junction 24 of the M1 the units are ideally located to serve the East Midlands region and beyond. Additionally, East Midlands airport is only a stone’s throw away and East Midlands Parkway railway station is commutable within 15 minutes.”
James Payne, development director of Litton Properties added: “We are delighted to be able to bring forward high quality employment space directly in the midst of one of the most important transport hubs in the country. The scheme is hugely prominent and well suited to sole or multiple occupiers keen to secure a position in an unrivalled location”
The scheme is currently in for planning and completion is anticipated in 2024.
