A leading national property consultancy has been appointed as joint agents of a brand-new commercial development in Nottingham.
Clowes Developments has welcomed Fisher German as a joint agent of Fairham Business Park, which will offer one million square feet of prime purpose-built commercial space.
Fisher German will be marketing design and build opportunities ranging from approximately 44,000 sq ft to 120,000 sq ft on a leasehold or freehold basis.
The business park boasts excellent connectivity with easy reach of junction 24 of the M1, East Midlands Airport and adjoining the NET Tram Park & Ride site, with further transport improvements expected.
It has already begun to take shape, with international property investment and asset management company Hines taking ownership of three stand-alone units totalling 260,000 sq ft, and Clowes and lead construction contractor TanRo achieving practical completion on a custom-built 56,000 sq ft facility for Scientific Laboratory Supplies.
Fairham Business Park is situated in Fairham, a flagship new neighbourhood surrounded by countryside that is based minutes from the centre of Nottingham and will include 3,000 brand new homes, retail amenities and a neighbourhood centre.
With sustainability at its heart, the neighbourhood will feature expansive cycle ways, green corridors, and ecological and wildlife zones.
The firm will be working alongside joint agents FHP Property Consultants.
The announcement comes as Fisher German is just weeks away from opening its new office at Fifteen Colmore Row, in Birmingham city centre, as the firm looks to further strengthen its influence in the commercial market across the Midlands.
Rob Champion, Partner at Fisher German, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to act as joint agents alongside FHP on this high-profile business park.
“Fairham Business Park is extremely well located and represents a nationally significant development in which global, national and local businesses can thrive.
“Supported by first-rate public transport and road links, it will feature the highest quality logistics, industrial and manufacturing space, with office units also available.
“The wider Fairham community will be an exemplar of an all-encompassing sustainable mixed-use development where people could both live and work in an attractive environment.”
James Richards, Development Director at Clowes Developments (UK) Ltd, said: “We are delighted to welcome Fisher German to Fairham Business Park.
“We wanted to introduce a second agent who would complement our existing team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering a first-class business park.
“We feel confident we have found the right team to work collaboratively with FHP to secure quality owners and occupiers for this unique commercial development.”
